Jake and Elly are locals in a our neighborhood so we immediately gravitated towards them after having some bad experiences with the "big name" carpet cleaners. I'm glad we did. They really spend time going through our home and understanding our concern areas. They take their time working on the hard spots and even use fans to dry out the carpets as quick as possible. Parts of the carpet were dry by the time the left. They even moved furniture out of the way to get areas we wanted to clean that were exposed before. They spent over four hours in our home compared to the usual three we got with others and they took care that they are not causing any damage to our walls/floor. You pay a tiny bit more for this great service, but it is well worth it, and I would highly recommend!

An area is typically defined as a room up to 300 square feet (15 x 20). A combined living room/dining room counts as two areas. Rooms over 300 square feet but under 600 square feet are also priced as two areas. Non-standard spaces like bathrooms, hallways, landings, and walk-in closets are priced separately, usually at a lower rate. Room size definitions may vary by location.
We utilize hot water extraction, commonly called steam cleaning. Our exclusive method injects hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution deep into the carpet fibers. Then, powerful suction removes deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution, and 95% of the moisture. This technique is widely recommended by carpet manufacturers. Find out more here.
Yes, we move furniture at no extra charge, and our team is professionally trained to handle your belongings. After cleaning, we'll place the furniture back in its original position, using protective padding as necessary. We recommend removing any items such as electronics, plants, lamps, and knick-knacks beforehand. While we can move most furniture, there are certain items we will not move, including pianos, electronics, China cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, and pool tables.
Generally, cleaning each room takes around 20 minutes. However, this time can vary depending on several factors, including the amount of furniture that needs to be moved, the extent of soil in the carpet, and any additional spot removal treatments required.
